Personal adviser

When you decide to purchase a property, we will arrange a convenient

appointment to meet with our local mortgage adviser, who will help you

decide on exactly what deal is best for you and advise you on any mortgage

protection policies that seem appropriate for your situation. We will also

complete all the paperwork for you.

Leave the paperwork to us

You will then have a dedicated mortgage administrator who will oversee your

application with the mortgage lender and assist you throughout. You will have

one point of contact here to help and keep you up to date.

criteria, and they want to make sure that your house purchase runs as

smoothly as possible.

If the builder is providing you with some incentives or a specific deal they

need to know that the Lender will accept this. We make sure that this will all

fit together and, if there are any problems, we can help the builder change

your deal to make it acceptable with the lender.
