Our charges explained!

As Independent Financial Advisers we explain fully how we are paid

and what our charges are for arranging a mortgage.

  • The information given from Helpline advice is free of charge

  • We charge £99 administration fee for processing a mortgage on your

   behalf

  • We charge £250 for full financial advice regarding your mortgage, however

   if you arrange any life insurance via our firm this fee is waived completely.

   Mortgage Life insurance can be arranged from as little as £10 per month.

All mortgage insurances must be maintained for a qualifying period.

We have kept our fees at a very low level and they offer tremendous value for

money when you remember that you are making decisions on one of your

biggest financial commitments and it is important to get Independent Advice.

You also benefit by having all the paperwork completed on your behalf.

We will also liasise with your lender & builder and take most of the

purchase stress out of you.
